The three statewide ballot measures:
HR No. 1022 : Amend state constitution to limit increases in homestead assessed values
HR No. 598 : Amend state constitution to give Georgia tax court state judicial powers
HB No. 808 : Increase personal property tax exemption from $7,500 to $20,000

"Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended so as to authorize the General Assembly to provide by general law for a state-wide homestead exemption that serves to limit increases in the assessed value of homesteads, but which any county, consolidated government, municipality, or local school system may opt out of upon the completion of certain procedures?"
In the State Senate vote #784:
Republicans nearly unanimous with 32 Yea and 1 absent
Democrats split with 10 Yea, 11 Nay, and 2 absent
The state house was unanimous in favor of the resolution with handful of reps "Not Voting" or Absent.

"Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended so as to provide for the Georgia Tax Court to be vested with the judicial power of the state and to have venue, judges, and jurisdiction concurrent with superior courts?"
The state house and senate overwhelmingly voted Yea.
In the state senate the only Nay came from Sen. Moore, Colton [R] and 3 "Not Voting", 3 "Absent" mixed between democrats and republicans
House Bill No. 808
Act No. 581, GA L. 2024, p. 696
"Do you approve the Act that increases an exemption from property tax for all tangible personal property from $7,500.00 to $20,000.00?"
The state senate vote #798 resulted in 51 - Yea, 3 - Not Voting, and 2 - Absent.
A earlier state senate vote resulted in 33 - Yea, 18 - Nay, 1 - Not Voting, 4 - Absent (Senate vote #695)
The state house vote #552 resulted in 125 - Yea, 42 - Nay, 3 - Not Voting, 8 -Absent
